Requirements

Proven experience as CISO or senior security executive in high-growth tech or financial services
Experience leading security in US public company environments or IPO processes
Expertise in SOX, SEC cybersecurity requirements, and corporate governance
Technical knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital asset security
Track record managing global Security Engineering and GRC teams
