Why We Have This Role

We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive based in Sydney to win net-new enterprise customers and expand strategic relationships across our territory. You’ll help world-leading organisations improve customer and employee experiences with Qualtrics’ 360° XM platform. Working with senior leaders at client organisations and with internal teams (solutions consultants, customer success, marketing, legal and sales ops), you’ll lead complex sales cycles that meaningfully grow revenue and market presence.

How You’ll Find Success

Proven enterprise seller: consistently wins new business and manages long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Trusted advisor: builds credibility with senior leaders across research, marketing and HR functions.
Strong closer and negotiator: comfortable negotiating complex contracts and commercial terms.
Drive and resilience: persistent in prospecting and cold outreach; motivated by ambitious targets.
Process-oriented: uses Salesforce and sales methodology to manage pipeline and forecasting accurately.
Industry fluency: experience in MarTech, HR Tech, or related enterprise solutions is highly desirable.
Collaborative: partners effectively with cross-functional teams to create compelling, win-based proposals.

Deepen strategic selling skills by leading C-suite conversations and large-scale, cross-functional deals.
Build domain expertise in experience management and analytics on a market-leading SaaS platform.
Advance negotiation and enterprise procurement skills through complex contract management.
Open pathways to senior commercial or leadership roles through clear revenue impact and visibility.

Things You’ll Do

Drive net-new enterprise acquisition — target and close large accounts in your book of business through focused prospecting and executive engagement.
Expand and retain strategic customers — develop account plans that identify expansion opportunities across research, marketing and HR stakeholders.
Own complex deal execution — lead discovery, demoing, commercial negotiation and contracting while coordinating solutions consultants, legal and finance.
Convert market insight into wins — maintain deep competitor and industry knowledge to craft differentiated, win-based proposals and pricing.
Deliver predictable pipeline and forecasting — manage opportunities in Salesforce and participate in regular pipeline reviews and sales planning.
Consistently meet or exceed quota — hit revenue targets and contribute to team targets and playbooks.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

10+ years selling SaaS to enterprise accounts, with demonstrated success in new business development and full-cycle sales.
Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing enterprise procurement processes.
Experience engaging leaders in market research, marketing, HR or related enterprise functions.
Proficient with Salesforce.com (or equivalent CRM) and disciplined sales process management.
Background in MarTech or HR Tech strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
