siness Centre,27 Tanner Row, York, North Yorkshire England, YO1 6JP - This role will be based on site. The salary is dependent on experience The hours of work are 25 hours per week Monday – Friday 9:00am – 2:00pm (start and finish times can be flexible)

Requirements

· Previous experience working as a Receptionist desirable
· Solid written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
· Excellent organizational skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel
· Able to prioritise workload
· A professional individual, committed to delivering an efficient and friendly customer service
· Professional in appearance and wear uniform where provided
· Intermediate user of Microsoft standard packages

Responsibilities

· Daily operation of Reception and front of house services.
· Answer all calls, promptly, politely and efficiently, in the prescribed company manner.
· Take messages and redirect calls when necessary whilst retaining ownership.
· Take meeting room bookings in accordance with procedures.
· Report all faults in accordance with procedures.
· Control site access for staff, visitors and contractors in accordance with client and safety
procedures.
· Car park management and space booking.
· Be a first point of contact for meeting room audio and visual problems.
