About The Opportunity We're looking for a Quality Manager to join our Delivery Excellence team and help shape how major engineering and infrastructure projects are delivered. This is a role for someone who sees quality as more than compliance.
You'll work alongside Programme Directors, Project Managers, Technical Directors and project teams to embed effective quality management practices that improve project performance, reduce risk and strengthen client confidence. Supporting a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects, you'll help teams navigate complex contractual, regulatory and governance requirements while ensuring quality is embedded throughout the project lifecycle. You'll develop practical quality plans, assurance processes and governance frameworks that support successful delivery rather than create unnecessary bureaucracy. Working across project teams, clients and delivery partners, you'll identify risks and opportunities early, lead reviews and audits, support root cause investigations, and use project data and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. You'll also play a key role in helping teams improve ways of working, share best practice and deliver better outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
