We’re looking for a Senior Digital Learning Experience Designer to join our Learning & Inclusion team, the group responsible for creating learning experiences that help every Spotify band member grow, belong, an
d do their best work. You’ll bring together instructional design, visual design, storytelling, and broader learning and development expertise to create inclusive and effective experiences at scale. You’ll partner with subject-matter experts, people leaders, and Learning & Inclusion colleagues on company-wide initiatives, from leadership development to programs that bring Spotify’s values to life.</p>
