• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Public Administration, Political Science, International Relations, or any closely related field from a recognized university
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or obtained a certificate of exemption
• Minimum of 1–2 years post-NYSC relevant experience is a significant advantage
• Strong analytical abilities, writing, and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern administrative tools is essential
