• BSc Degree or HND qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong ability to multitask and assist with executive and administrative tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Prior experience in Construction and/or Event Management is an added advantage.

• Manage executive calendars, schedule business meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including professional emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Prepare and edit essential documents, engaging presentations, and comprehensive reports.
• Assist with event planning, conferences, and important meetings.
• Support special projects, conduct research, and prepare impactful presentations.
• Serve as a key point of contact between executives and employees, facilitating seamless communication and information flow.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
• Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management to ensure operational efficiency.
