About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Analyst for Service Contract & Warranty to join our team in Tanauan, CALABARZON. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting.
  • Strong communication skills to address customer needs.
  • Knowledge of SAP for effective data management.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setup to understand workflows.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
