Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone. This is a full-time, onsite position with a shift pattern of 6 days on and 1 day off. You will enjoy a meal break during your shift and receive tips as part of your compensation. Transport or shuttle services are provided to ensure you can commute easily. Additionally, you will be eligible for a 13th-month pay and a night-shift differential if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Plan the outlet budget and review revenue forecasts each month.
  • Analyze month-end reports to identify deviations from goals.
  • Participate in management meetings to track business plan progress.
  • Implement profit enhancement initiatives with the Cluster F&B Director.
  • Maintain control measures for food & beverage costs and productivity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in food & beverage.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Good English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to speak additional languages is a plus.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
