About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team in Dubai. This on-site position requires a strong understanding of IFRS and auditing standards, along with a proven track record in UAE or GCC audit environments. As an Audit Senior, you will play a crucial role in conducting statutory and internal audits, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality financial insights to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct statutory and internal audits in accordance with IFRS and ISA standards.
  • Plan, execute, and finalize audits while maintaining thorough documentation.
  • Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Draft management letters and prepare audit working papers for client review.
  • Coordinate with clients to resolve audit queries and provide timely feedback.
  • Gain exposure to UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance requirements.
  • Support senior team members on various audit and advisory engagements.

Requirements

  • Hold a CA, CA Inter, or ACCA qualification.
  • Possess 2 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in a professional audit firm.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Have experience working in the UAE or GCC audit landscape.
  • Familiarity with corporate sales or real estate investment is a plus.

Requirements

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
