About the Role

As a Brand Concierge - E-commerce Sales & Order Support Virtual Assistant at TalentPop App, you will be pivotal in enhancing customer experiences in the e-commerce sector.   • Engage customers through various channels including chat, email, phone, and SMS to assist with orders and inquiries.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance average order value.
  • Support subscription recovery and handle abandoned cart situations to maximize retention.
  • Assist with order tracking, returns, and cancellations while aiming to retain sales.
  • Deliver a personalized, concierge-level customer experience in every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement feedback and enhance conversion processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of remote sales and customer support experience.
  • Prior e-commerce experience, particularly in upselling, cross-selling, and post-purchase support.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and convert leads.
  • Experience in customer service via phone, email, or chat is essential.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Must have a personal PC with an i5 processor or higher and a stable internet connection.
  • Quiet workspace suitable for professional calls is required.
