About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Call Center Agent - Permanent Work from Home and become part of a passionate workforce dedicated to creating opportunities. You will be responsible for both outbound and inbound calls, assisting customers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and sales.
  • Handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries and close leads/sales.
  • Perform data entry to maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
  • Create and manage reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Meet established service level agreements consistently.
  • Execute other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt to different personality types.
  • No prior BPO experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Must have a reliable laptop/desktop (Intel i3 7th gen or higher / AMD Ryzen 3 or higher) and 8 GB RAM.
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps) and necessary software installed (Microsoft Office, PDF reader, Anydesk, GDrive, Discord).
