About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative for Calls Team - Remote, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support for our global clientele. Stealth Mode Three, LLC, a US-based e-commerce company, is seeking dedicated professionals who can represent our brand with excellence. Our customer support team operates 24/7, and we need enthusiastic individuals who are fluent in English and possess a sales-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve inquiries related to orders, returns, and account management.
  • Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities during calls.
  • Document interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
  • Support chat and email channels as operationally required.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident, and natural.
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is strongly preferred.
  • A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and pitch solutions.
  • Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms and standard computer tools.
  • Reliable home office setup: laptop/desktop, noise-canceling headset, stable internet.

Benefits

This is a fully remote position with the following employment terms:

  • Hourly Pay: 11 AED per hour.
  • Fixed 9-hour shifts (including a 1-hour unpaid break).
  • Work 6 days a week with 1 rest day (Saturday or Sunday, CDT).
  • No statutory benefits (e.g., HMO) provided.
  • All work-from-home equipment must be provided by the employee.
  • Two unplanned absences may result in termination.
  • Resignations require a two-week notice.
