Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to group goals.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Visa Provided for qualified candidates.
