About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals for the position of Email and Chat Support Representative in a pure non-voice environment. This role is perfect for beginners, fresh graduates, or anyone who prefers engaging with customers through chat and email without the need for phone calls. Candidates must have valid UAE residency as Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

  • Process booking and reservation requests through online systems.
  • Update, modify, or cancel reservations as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email only.
  • Ensure all booking details are accurate and complete.
  • Follow step-by-step guidelines and company procedures.
  • Maintain organized records and data entries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when necessary.

Requirements

  • No prior experience required (training will be provided).
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online systems.
