About the Role

We are looking for an Employee Affairs Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves overseeing employee transactions and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities

  • Follow up on employee transactions with relevant authorities to ensure timely processing.
  • Manage employee affairs processes, including promotions and contract renewals.
  • Supervise employee termination procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Handle all matters related to the delegation of assistants effectively.
  • Organize HR-related events and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee the entry and modification of employee data in HR systems.
  • Prepare reports related to employee disciplinary procedures for management review.
  • Draft termination letters and other job-related documentation as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
