• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth operations.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Follow hygiene and safety guidelines consistently.
• Assist in restocking supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively to achieve overall F&B goals.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety compliance standards.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to learn about menu items and specials.
• Cash handling experience is beneficial.
