Field Inspector Position in Davao City

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Field Inspector to join our team in Davao City. This role involves working directly with customers to address their concerns regarding electric meter consumption. As a Field Inspector, you will conduct detailed assessments and ensure accurate readings, making a significant impact on customer satisfaction.

This position is onsite, requiring you to travel to various customer sites. You will be expected to work outdoors and engage with clients directly, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer complaints regarding electric meter consumption.
• Conduct detailed meter load profiles for customers to ensure accuracy.
• Perform special meter readings and load listing activities as needed.
• Manage and execute assigned field activities effectively.
• Act as a liaison between the company and the customer, fostering positive relationships.
• Document field findings and update the Meter Reading Supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• College graduate of any 4-year course.
• Must possess a Professional Driver’s License.
• Proficient in driving a motorbike for site visits.
• Knowledgeable in Google Applications & Services, including Google Maps and Google Sheets.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to various customer sites.
