About the Role

This is a fully remote position for a General Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients, ensuring smooth operations that contribute to overall business success. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and written communication.
  • Manage client interactions professionally and efficiently.
  • Perform essential administrative tasks including accounts receivable, accounts payable, work order processing, and document preparation.
  • Organize inboxes, calendars, and files, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with basic marketing initiatives and support social media management activities.
  • Adhere to client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistently.
  • Provide accurate data, updates, and reports to the leadership team while collaborating with various departments.
  • Demonstrate adaptability by performing additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with a clear, neutral American accent.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks.
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet home office environment.
  • Availability to work the graveyard shift to cater to US-based clients.
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) with a backup.
  • Stable electricity supply with appropriate power backup.
  • Technical specifications: RAM of 8 GB to 16 GB or higher; Intel Core i5 (8th generation or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent processor; Operating System: Windows 10 or higher, macOS (Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia, Tahoe).
