About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Farm Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Concepcion, Central Luzon. This is an on-site position that requires a proactive individual with a solid background in maintenance oversight. Responsibilities

• Supervise the rollout of the Enterprise Asset Management System (SAP) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee repair and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Regularly review equipment and system reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Establish and implement maintenance monitoring plans to ensure optimal performance.
• Track utilities consumption and efficiency to promote sustainability.
• Conduct feasibility studies for system improvements to enhance productivity.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of your team to foster growth and development.

Requirements

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering with a strong technical foundation.
• Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar role.
• Proven ability in preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Experience in data analysis and root cause analysis for effective problem-solving.
• Strong project management skills to oversee multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team leadership experience to guide and motivate your team.
