Responsibilities
- Supervise the maintenance program for farm facilities and equipment.
- Implement the Enterprise Asset Management System (SAP) effectively.
- Plan and schedule repair and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor utilities consumption and implement conservation measures.
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering with strong technical skills.
- Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer for added expertise.
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar role.
- Proficient in preventive maintenance and root cause analysis techniques.
- Experience with project management and cost estimation is a plus.
