About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Motorpool Service Technician to join our team in Iligan, Northern Mindanao. This is an onsite position where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of industrial vehicles and automobiles. Responsibilities

• Maintain, overhaul, and repair motor industrial vehicles and automobiles to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform repairs on vehicle engines, transmission, and brake systems to enhance safety.
• Check and maintain vehicle hydraulic systems and automotive systems for reliability.
• Log all vehicle maintenance activities and implement maintenance schedules to track performance.
• Attend to emergency repairs and night calls to minimize downtime.
• Establish and maintain good housekeeping programs for compliance with food safety standards.
• Participate in company programs and support departmental objectives to foster teamwork.

Requirements

• High school graduate with vocational/technical course units in auto mechanics.
• At least three years of experience as a driver or auto mechanic in a relevant field.
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of internal combustion engines.
• Experience in general troubleshooting for plant vehicles and machinery.
• Understanding of hydraulic circuitry of vehicles and forklifts.
• Adaptability to fast-changing automotive technologies is a plus.
