About the Role

Join our team as a Guest Experience Supervisor at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. This role is crucial for ensuring our residents receive exceptional service every day. You will work onsite, overseeing the front-of-house operations and leading a dedicated team. Your shift pattern will be flexible, allowing you to adapt to the needs of our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents daily.
  • Oversee and supervise the front-of-house experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date resident preference profiles.
  • Act as the first point of resolution for resident feedback.
  • Support the front-of-house team during operational shifts.
  • Monitor the presentation of all resident-facing areas.
  • Keep accurate logs of resident interactions and service requests.
  • Ensure following UAE health and safety rules.

Requirements

  • Experience in luxury guest relations or concierge operations.
  • Strong background in front office operations.
  • Proven ability to lead front-of-house teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level).
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s hospitality landscape is a plus.
  • Additional languages are beneficial.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
