About the Role

You will guide them through their onboarding journey and help them understand the next steps. This position is crucial for ensuring that our providers receive the support they need to succeed.

As a Healthcare Support Representative, you will work closely with a supportive team. You will manage shared queues in Salesforce and ensure that all details are accurately captured in our CRM. Your proactive and empathetic approach will help create a positive experience for our providers.

Responsibilities
