About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Taguig, National Capital Region (NCR). This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both from the office and remotely. Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Screen applications to ensure they meet our criteria.
  • Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers for evaluation.
  • Facilitate calibration sessions and hand-off processes.
  • Implement and manage recruitment tools and processes.
  • Mentor junior TA Specialists and Associates to enhance skills.
  • Promote a safe and healthy workplace for all employees.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Strong attention to detail for quality in hiring processes.
  • Ability to work additional hours or travel across sites.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.

  • Mandatory contributions

    Employer must contribute to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG on the employee's behalf.
