Responsibilities

  • Complete onboarding for new clients and set them up in our system.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough records of client information are kept.
  • Prepare client rosters based on the Plan of Care.
  • Manage non-clinical referrals consistently and efficiently.
  • Maintain a polite and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to find areas for quality improvement.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
