We are seeking a dedicated Junior Administrator I to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities

  • Perform office tasks and complete various official transactions efficiently.
  • Prepare meeting minutes chaired by the manager for accurate record-keeping.
  • Organize incoming and outgoing documents to maintain a well-structured archive.
  • Review official transactions to ensure they meet required conditions.
  • Fill in necessary data and information for various transactions accurately.
  • Guide visitors and respond to inquiries related to work promptly.
  • Review periodic reports and supervise their analysis for informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Public Relations.
  • Training in relevant office applications and skills is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with diverse individuals.
  • Customer service training to enhance visitor experiences.
  • Specialized training in archiving and record-keeping methods.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
