About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Approval and Verification Specialist to join our team in Quezon City. This role is essential for ensuring that support providers meet our standards. You will work directly with our team to verify documents and maintain accurate records. This position is on-site, allowing for direct collaboration with colleagues.

As a Junior Approval and Verification Specialist, you will engage with support providers through various channels. Responsibilities

  • Review support providers' profiles and verify their documents for accuracy.
  • Communicate with support providers via calls, email, live chat, and SMS.
  • Identify and report trends in inquiries or issues to improve service.
  • Meet and exceed daily tasks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping in Salesforce for all interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum college-level education is required.
  • At least 6 months of continuous BPO work experience.
  • Proficient in English with good communication skills.
  • Competent in MS products and Google tools.
  • Experience with call center tools is preferred.
