About the Role

Join our team as a Junior Cabin Crew member at Dubai International Airport. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant environment. You will receive a competitive salary ranging from 8,275 to 12,775 AED per month, along with tips and service charges.

Requirements

  • At least 21 years old.
  • Minimum height of 158 cm.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Good health and able to pass an aero medical exam.
  • No visible tattoos while in uniform.
  • Possession of a valid passport.

Note that there is a training bond of 2,650 USD (approximately 9,700 AED) for the first year.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience in aviation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers within 30 seconds of arrival.
  • Serve meals and beverages efficiently.
  • Assist passengers with their needs during flights.
  • Conduct safety demonstrations before takeoff.
  • Monitor cabin conditions and passenger comfort.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
