We are seeking a Junior Care Centre Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This on-site position requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Respond to telephone inquiries about products or services quickly.
  • Ensure calls are answered within set time frames to maintain service quality.
  • Document details of calls and actions taken for future reference.
  • Communicate with the Care Centre – Team Leader and Assistant Manager for updates.
  • Provide personalized customer service to boost client satisfaction.
  • Maintain records and complete clerical tasks to support team operations.
  • Process pre-approval claims accurately to ensure timely handling.
  • Issue Guarantee of Payment documents as needed for client transactions.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrate fluency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills to effectively assist clients.
  • Be legally permitted to work in the UAE without restrictions.
  • Maintain physical fitness to carry out job duties effectively.
  • Experience in a call centre or customer service environment is a plus.
  • A medical background or exposure to TPA hospitals is advantageous.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
