Junior Customer Master Data Specialist - Hybrid in Makati

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Customer Master Data Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work model based in Makati, National Capital Region. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess a strong command of English. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of customer master data within our systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer master data meets established quality standards.
• Process requests for Customer Master Data creation or updates in SAP.
• Handle pricing master data requests and updates in SAP.
• Submit SAP downloads for price and customer master information.
• Update monitoring files such as master data tracker and attendance tracker.
• Perform process improvement and compliance with ISO standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably business-related.
• At least one year of related work experience in Customer Master Data or Master Data Management preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Skills in VBA, Macro, and Power BI are highly preferred.
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.
