About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Cafe Customer Service Associate to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will engage with customers and ensure they have a pleasant experience. Your strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail will help you excel in this position. This is an on-site role, and we offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide a high level of service.
  • Address basic customer complaints and escalate issues when needed.
  • Ensure the store is organized and follows company visual standards.
  • Regularly clean and maintain the sales floor for a welcoming environment.
  • Participate in receiving new shipments and restocking the store.
  • Help manage inventory to keep the store fully stocked.
  • Recommend products to customers based on their needs.
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
