About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Bodyshop Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. This on-site role focuses on overseeing daily operations in our body shop. You will ensure that all repair and service activities meet our high-quality standards. A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills in English are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize workshop labor and resources to boost efficiency.
  • Ensure all repair and service tasks meet quality standards.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with insurance surveyors.
  • Review workshop figures and create detailed reports.
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Enhance team skills and ensure tools function properly.
  • Achieve revenue and gross margin targets consistently.
  • Secure business from outside vendors to grow our client base.
  • Support emergency and 24/7 service for breakdowns.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong customer focus in all interactions.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English.
  • Show technical proficiency in vehicle diagnosis.
  • Understand body shop processes and workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with commercial vehicles, especially trucks and buses.
  • Strong network within customer and insurance sectors.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
