About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist Order Book Fulfilment to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on ensuring smooth order book activities. You will work closely with various teams to meet sales demands and improve processes. Your expertise in supply chain and customer service will be crucial for success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive order book execution to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of sales demand through planning.
  • Analyze and report on order book status to stakeholders.
  • Manage order book transactions per internal rules.
  • Align with SCM teams for on-time deliveries and updates.
  • Track orders for embellishment and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Support project and process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional S&OP meetings to share insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain or customer service.
  • Experience in a multi-national company is preferred.
  • Strong skills in SAP and Advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus but not required.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
