Junior Customer Master Data Specialist - Hybrid - Makati

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Customer Master Data Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work model based in Makati, National Capital Region. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of customer master data within our systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits to ensure customer master data meets quality standards.
• Process requests for Customer Master Data creation or updates in SAP efficiently.
• Handle pricing master data requests and updates in SAP accurately.
• Submit SAP downloads for price and customer master information on time.
• Update monitoring files such as master data tracker and attendance tracker regularly.
• Implement process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO and Quality standards.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably business-related.
• Have at least one year of related work experience in Customer Master Data.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Possess excellent command of spoken and written English.
