About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Customer Master Data Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work model based in Makati, National Capital Region. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customer master data meets quality standards and supports our operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer master data meets quality standards by performing regular audits.
  • Process requests for Customer Master Data creation or updates in SAP efficiently.
  • Handle pricing master data requests and updates in SAP to maintain accuracy.
  • Submit various SAP downloads for price and customer master information as needed.
  • Update monitoring files such as master data tracker and attendance tracker regularly.
  • Perform process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO and Quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field is required.
  • At least one year of related work experience in Customer Master Data Management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English is essential.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new concepts.
  • Knowledge of VBA and Macro, as well as SAP, is a plus.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.
