About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Makati. This is an on-site position where you will support our US marketers and retailers. Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for US marketers and retailers.
  • Resolve inquiries and issues related to daily business transactions.
  • Process credit and rebill requests, along with invoice inquiries.
  • Handle inquiries regarding system outages and provide timely updates.
  • Assist marketers in loading fuel products into the system.
  • Provide first-level technical support to users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective issue resolution.
  • Document and share best practices to improve operations.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
