About the Role

We are looking for a Junior E-commerce Support Specialist to join our team. This is a 100% remote position based in the Philippines. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will work with various platforms, especially TikTok Shop, to support our customers effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions through TikTok Shop, chat, email, or phone.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, tracking, and returns.
  • Update product listings, inventory, and order status regularly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay informed about TikTok Shop policies, trends, and tools.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of e-commerce or customer service experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with order management systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset to address customer issues.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop is a plus.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
