Responsibilities

• Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients.
• Work closely with branch sales and service teams to enhance client satisfaction.
• Strengthen long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Assist in achieving sales goals and targets set by the management.
• Prepare Monthly Sales Call Plans and Daily Sales Call Reports for tracking.
• Generate new account relationships and maintain existing ones effectively.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Promote and facilitate referrals of products and services to clients.
• Conduct Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures to ensure compliance.
• Provide after-sales service and conduct policy reviews for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/College Degree is required for this position.
• Work experience in bancassurance sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Sales and customer service experience from various industries is encouraged.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Self-driven and highly motivated individuals will thrive in this role.
