• Assist guests with hotel activity inquiries, offering recommendations and information.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel information and local services to assist guests effectively.
• Administer Front Desk cashiering standards, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Process accounts from check-in to check-out, managing guest records efficiently.
• Ensure guest privacy by following established protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in hospitality preferred, enhancing service quality.
• Experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel, ensuring familiarity with operations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for effective guest interactions.
• Knowledge of an additional language is a plus, improving guest relations.
