About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Insurance Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is an on-site position where you will support various insurance operations. You will work closely with different teams to ensure smooth processes. Your role will involve tasks related to underwriting, finance, claims, and customer service. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or those with limited experience to start their careers in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily insurance operations across underwriting, finance, claims, and customer service.
  • Assist with insurance records, data entry, and internal reports.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Learn and follow insurance rules and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records while keeping information confidential.
  • Help team members with operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, accounting, or economics.
  • Have a valid Family Book for Emiratization.
  • Be willing to work full-time from the office, five days a week.
  • Communicate well in English and Arabic.
  • Be proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Show a strong interest in building a career in insurance.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a basic understanding of business.
  • Exhibit a professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Statutory benefits (UAE)

  • Wage Protection System (WPS)

    Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).

  • End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)

    21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.

  • Annual leave

    Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).

  • Sick leave

    Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.

  • Health insurance

    Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
