About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Mall Assistant to join our team in Santa Rosa, CALABARZON. This is an on-site position where you will support the mall operations department. You will assist with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with some experience in business or management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the mall operations team.
• Assist in organizing events and promotions within the mall.
• Help maintain cleanliness and order in common areas.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Track inventory and supplies for mall operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Business or Management.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of work experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
