About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Team Leader to join our team in Calabarzon. In this role, you will lead a team in a third-party logistics or warehouse environment. Your main goal will be to ensure that our service delivery meets high standards. This position is onsite, allowing for direct interaction with your team and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Track team and individual performance and provide regular feedback.
• Assess team performance to stay aligned with targets.
• Initiate action plans to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure accuracy of picked and packed items against inventory.
• Work with the Operations Supervisor to improve team efficiency.
• Oversee truck loading and unloading processes.
• Allocate resources based on shipment plans.
• Identify performance measures and conduct reviews.
• Support training and development for team members.

Requirements

• Have experience in third-party logistics or warehouse settings.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
