We are seeking a Junior Onboarding Specialist to join our team in the UAE. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for our clients. You will work directly with merchants and internal teams to gather necessary documents and information. Strong English communication skills are vital for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with merchants and internal teams to clarify document needs.
  • Compile and organize document submissions from merchants.
  • Contact merchants via email and phone to gather required information.
  • Update onboarding applications with missing information to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience handling calls in a customer service setting.
  • Background in customer service or sales roles.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel for data management tasks.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with data entry is a plus.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
