About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Online Assistant to join our team in Valenzuela, National Capital Region (NCR). This role is onsite and requires a commitment to a fixed weekday schedule. As a Junior Online Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing travel bookings and providing exceptional service to our customers.   • Manage travel bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and itinerary updates effectively.
  • Use GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) accurately for all transactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through non-voice channels like chat and email.
  • Ensure records and booking details are updated and accurate at all times.
  • Deliver high-quality service that meets both customer and company standards.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with GDS tools.
  • High School graduate (K-12), college level, or college graduate.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)
