About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Operations Associate to join our team in the UAE. This on-site position is ideal for individuals who are organized and detail-oriented. The successful candidate will support our operations manager and contribute to improving our business processes. Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks, including answering phones and contacting suppliers.
  • Assist the operations manager in implementing company policies and standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to enhance business operations.
  • Update information on company products and services regularly.
  • Track inventory levels and place supply orders as needed.
  • Resolve daily operational issues efficiently.
  • Reconcile reports for the company and its partners.
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course from a recognized college or university.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Filipino.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience with web and mobile applications is a plus.
  • A pleasing disposition is preferred.

Statutory benefits (Philippines)

  • 13th-month pay

    Mandatory under PD 851: equivalent to one month's basic salary, paid no later than 24 December each year.

  • Service Incentive Leave

    Five days of paid leave per year after one year of service.
