We are seeking a dedicated Junior Pool & Beach Attendant to join our team in Dubai. Responsibilities
- Understand and respond to guest needs and requests promptly.
- Comply with grooming standards to maintain a professional appearance.
- Extend courteous greetings to guests as they arrive.
- Report guest comments and complaints to management for resolution.
- Set up beach beds and cabanas to ensure guest comfort.
- Ensure cleanliness of beach areas by regularly checking and tidying up.
- Provide clean towels to guests to enhance their experience.
- Report suspicious occurrences to maintain a safe environment.
- Maintain safety of work areas by following established procedures.
Requirements
- High School diploma or vocational hospitality education.
- 1-3 years of experience in a hospitality role.
- Strong customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of grooming standards and cleanliness protocols.
- Ability to follow safety procedures effectively.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Experience in a 4-5 star hotel is an advantage.
- Hospitality education is beneficial but not mandatory.

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
