About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Security Technical Administrator to join our team in Cebu. In this role, you will support our security technology systems. You will work closely with various teams to ensure our security measures are effective and up to date. Responsibilities

• Participate in technical research to improve security technology.
• Coordinate with teams to manage access rights for secure areas.
• Maintain hardware and software for security systems.

• Conduct troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on systems.
• Provide project support and technical assistance as needed.

Requirements

• College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or IT.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or IT.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Knowledge of security systems and hardware maintenance.
• Experience with project management is a plus.
