About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Surveillance Operator to join our team in Cebu Central Visayas. This is an onsite position that requires no prior work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in basic statistics and mathematics, as well as good English language skills. You will play a crucial role in monitoring activities and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze revenue-generating activities to ensure compliance.
• Log and report any infractions of laws and company policies.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal customers to support surveillance efforts.
• Liaise with other departments to promote awareness of surveillance protocols.
• Watch for illegal or suspicious activities and report findings promptly.
• Evaluate and analyze information from various sources to enhance security measures.
• Operate the Central Monitoring Console to oversee activities effectively.
• Document illegal activities using appropriate recording mediums.
• Safeguard confidential information to protect company interests.

Requirements

• Completed Senior High School education.
• Basic statistics and mathematics knowledge at Level 12 equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office.
• Tertiary level education is preferred but not mandatory.
• High level of integrity and good organizational skills.
• Observant and self-motivated with attention to detail.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with others.
