About the Role
As a Junior Service Operator in Slickline Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team on-site in Dubai. This position involves assisting the Service Supervisor during slickline services and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. Responsibilities
- Assist the Service Supervisor during slickline services to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare equipment for service, ensuring all tools are ready for use.
- Perform post-job mobilization and cleanup to maintain a safe work area.
- Repair well pressure control equipment to ensure operational safety.
- Document processes as prescribed by HMS to maintain compliance.
- Work effectively in a team to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Statutory benefits (UAE)
Wage Protection System (WPS)
Current-month wages must be paid via WPS no later than the 1st of the following Gregorian month. Establishments must transfer ≥85% of total wages by the deadline (Ministerial Resolution 340/2026).
End-of-Service Gratuity (EOSB)
21 days of basic salary per year for the first 5 years; 30 days per year thereafter. Allowances are excluded from the calculation.
Annual leave
Minimum 30 calendar days per year after the first year of service (2 days per month between 6 and 12 months).
Sick leave
Up to 90 days per year on a structured paid/unpaid schedule once probation completes.
Health insurance
Mandatory employer-provided coverage in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
